Oh, I didn't think about using OJ.  I used a few spoonfuls of vanilla yogurt, a bit of milk, a few strawberries, a banana, and a touch of honey.

I like the touch of honey idea.

Do you freeze your fruit? Or go for the more liquidy smoothie?

It depends on what I have in the house and what's on sale. This was fresh fruit, and I added a bit of ice (whoops, forgot to add that before).

I was afraid the strawberries might be a little tart, since they are out of season, so I wanted to sweeten it up a little. But I figured sugar would be grainy, so I used honey. And it didn't make it too sweet.

It is another rainy day in NChmm It has been raining A LOT lately! The high yesterday was 65......46 today and 76 tomorrow. We have weather for everyone!smile

Tomorrow is a teacher workday which is pretty cool. They are laid back days and I think the teachers that I work closely with are going out to eat lunch.

I hate taxes. I heard a rumor that the founding fathers never wanted taxes and some argue that it is not mandatory. I want that world
