You know, I was convinced that I wanted to be single forever. And I haven't had any bad breakups or anything, I'm just very independent. Even when I first started dating Brian, we were still going out with other people. And then he asked if I wanted to date only him, and I put him off for about 2 months until I realized I wasn't really interested in anyone else. And he never constricted me, I'm still independent. I just got lucky, if I hadn't found him (not that I was really looking for him at the time), I'd still be single by choice.

So I guess what I'm rambling on about, is that single is okay. We've got a friend who has totally fallen for this girl. He says, "I've found someone I am willing to change for." It makes me sad, you shouldn't have to change for anyone. I worry for him, he's diving headfirst into this relationship and I'm afraid it'll bite him later.
