YAY! It's almost the weekend! Today is just a teacher workday, so it's no big deal going to work. More rain and possibly thunderstorms today. I am ready for this work week to be over!

yay it's FRIDAY! It's rainy here too. Not much going on this weekend so maybe I can start downloading and organizing the dance songs if Riggs has to time to make sure I get started doing it right.

While the rest of you are happy that it's Friday, I'm sad it is because that means my week off work is drawing to a close. Time never goes this fast when I'm at work!! Not much on the agenda this weekend; if it's not raining or cold I might start raking the yard. We have two huge Norway pine trees and a maple tree that dropped all kinds of stuff on the ground over the winter. We'll see how ambitious I feel tomorrow.
Eh, it's another Friday before a weekend of work. But, this weekend and next weekend, then tax season is over! I'll be so happy to not have to do taxes anymore. It's really not that bad, but I just need a break right now.
I think I'm not doing so well mentally. I'm not used to being like this. I'm usually happy and upbeat and pretty calm, but I've been so stressed out lately. I'll cry at every little thing, and I think about the possibility of having a difficult tax return to do this weekend, and I tense up. I just can't take everything life is throwing at me anymore. I'm hoping that once tax season is over, I'll have some more time to myself and I'll calm down a bit.
Mz, I'm sure the stress of your husband not having a job right now is adding to this too. I know this will sound silly considering your financial circumstances right now, but it might help a little if you two continue having "date nights" just like you've always done in the past. You both need to continue having some type of fun together.....this will help alleviate some of the stress you both must feel. It doesn't have to be expensive nights out either, sometimes just little things like window shopping together, going for an ice cream (if you can eat it), maybe renting a movie, stuff like that.
And yeah, once tax season is over, that will help you too. I remember the huge relief I always felt once that was done.
Good Morning, the sun is shining and I know spring is near! I can start to hear the birds chirping in the morning. It should be a pretty quiet weekend for me. The only project that is a possibility is making shelves in my garage.

Good idea Ghost. Tax season has really made our date nights irregular.
And actually, with Brian off of work and the weather getting better, hopefully we'll be able to do it more. When he was working, he was to tired to want to go for a walk or anything like that, he'd been on his feet all day.
I actually prefer it when he's not working. Unfortunately, we still need that paycheck. We are going to spend some of the tax check to get him some beads so he can make some jewelry to resell. I know it's not going to supplement his income enough to not have to work right now, but that's our goal for the future. And since he has the extra time, I figure now would be a good time to get it started.
gmornin. I see that the Stones movie Shine A Light is playing at a regular theater in town (tho not sure where it is.) I hope this doesn't mean that its not coming to our IMAX, because I'd like to see it there. I checked the website, and it does indeed say "coming to IMAX and movie theaters".

JR, did you sell your tv yesterday? Last night I was looking at my big window and imaging a tv that big right where the window is, haha. I'd love to have one like that for playing my video games on!!
Back to the doctor today. It's already been a month and he won't refill my prescription without seeing me first. Which is a total scam. He just wants the $75 office visit fee.
He doesn't even check me out, he just asks "How are you doing? Any side effects from the new medicine" then writes me a prescription! He could do that over the phone, but of course he doesn't squeeze another $75 out of me that way
Anyway, other than that it's a nice day here, gonnna be in the low 50's and sunny.
My projection TV sold last night I was kinda hoping they wouldn't take it

Aw, don't be frustrated Riggs. I think the doctors have to see you on that interval with certain meds because of risks for dependency and to have direct dialogue about any possible side effects. It's weird and might seem unnecessary, but at least you know your prescritpions are being assessed regularly.
