I was sitting here and looked over at the boy and "the girl" to see what they were doing. I grabbed the camera and was able to get these.

How much snow are you supposed to get out of this?? 

And no, it's not always good to share, haha.  I'm perfectly happy with my semi-green lawn right now!

The 6:00 news said we've gotten 7" so far and may get 12" total. Its really wet and heavy and melting underneath so we don't have 7" on the ground. More like 3" of wet slop.

April 11th, 1994 we got a heavy snow, freezing rain combo that knocked power out for many around here. Here in town, we were out of power for two days. My parents out on the farm were out for 24 days. Fortunately, they had a generator to run the important stuff like the well and a few lights.

I just heard on the news that a town about 120 miles from here where one of my kite friends lives has over 800 people out of power right now. They are getting it worse than we are.
