RE: MOVIES THAT YOU HAVE WALKED OUT ON

Thanks for the tip, I'll check that film out.

Also, I read the other thread where we were talking about cancer.  I may contact you at some point with some questions.

When I saw Big Fish, I was proud of myself for not crying at the end.  Then I leaned over and kissed my husband before the lights came up, and there were tears on his cheek!  It was so sweet!  Sometimes it's okay for men to cry, it lets you know that men have feelings too.  And come on, who didn't cry during Old Yeller?

If you disliked the Karate Kid in real life, you probably would've walked out of the movie.  Well, I dislike Notre Dame immensely...

Mz I Got it.... No more Rudy stuff and actually the Karate Kid is one of my favorite movies. I'm glad I stll have young kids. They like it too and that gives me an excuse to watch it all the time.

For me it was Shawshank Redemption. I went, not even knowing what it was going to be about, and just emerged feeling that that had been the best (6$ I think it was at the time?) that I had ever spent.

PHENOMENAL movie with PHENOMENAL acting!

Big Fish totally made us cry.

And Ol Yeller should be banned!  That is the most depressing movie of all time!

Me too.  Have you ever seen the Broadway show?  Because that really brings on the tears!

I didn't see the Broadway show.  I saw the Walt Disney World production of it though.  Boo hoo'd.  Boo hoo'd thru the movie.

I'm not an emotional person but I cry during almost every movie.  It's weird.

Oh yeah.  "The Shawshank Redemption" is one of those movies that sucks you in.  If I'm switching thru the channels &  it's on...forget it.  I stop right there & watch the rest of it.  "Dances With Wolves" & "Braveheart" are the same for me.  I have seen all of them so many times that I hate them...but I can't NOT watch them.
