Man, I couldn't believe it when I clicked on the site and saw how fancy it is. It always looked great before, but now...wow J.R.! So how has everyone been? Things here are pretty good. I've been working for the same company for a year. Getting laid off from the last company was the best thing that ever happened to me. Life is good. I miss you guys and will try to make a point to at least post once a week.

Thanks Trish.

We went through some tough times last fall and actually went off the air for a bit.  But we returned as a listener-owned station and things have been going fairly well.

A bigger library than ever, and to reduce the workload the website was rebuilt to need minimal updating.  Maybe every six months or so I have to tweak something, other than that it stays the same.

Glad to hear things are going well in your life.  It was a really pleasant surprise to see your name on the forum today!

Did it just pop in your head to see if we were still around?  Or did something make you think of us?

I've been wanting to check back for a while and today something just clicked and said "make time!" I have to admit, I was nervous when I typed in the user name and password. I was afraid it would be invalid, but you kept me! I'm always forgetting my passwords, but for some reason, I never forget the one to here.

OK, Jazzman. Point taken. I will try to be more regular in my postings. I may just have to leave a little earlier for work to come in and post. I have missed so many conversations, though. I'm way behind. So dish: what's new? Marriages, boyfriends/girlfriends, kids? What status changes have I missed?

Well, when a forum member has been gone for so long and comes back it's like they have celebrity status!

What have you been up to? AC and I bought a house a year ago this month and are landlords with the old one. Work is still work and my little one is 3 1/2 now. smile.gif
