Wow Web, you sure are having a hard time getting your payment credited to your account. I just can't believe it's gone on all this time and they still haven't found out what happened to it. I wonder if your public service commission could help you. If not, maybe a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or your state's Attorney General might. I think they have some explaining/accountability to do.
Yeah, the public service commission will be the next step if they don't get it right this time.
Also, one of the local gas company workers goes to our church. I talked to him about it a little. He said that they use a 3rd party billing service and that if I still can't get it fixed with them directly, I should get all my documentation and give him a copy. He said he would get it to his boss and it would work through the chain and eventually, the billing service will get yelled at from the gas company side. He said he's seen that happen a few times and results were obtained that way.
