In the past we've had one thread that we use to welcome new members, but as the forum has grown it seems like we've gotten less and less likely to all come out and give a warm welcome to our newest members.
As a result, I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread SPECIFIC to each new member, so maybe we'll get a conversation going and help induct our newest listener/forum posters!
