Did you get to hear that song this time, Ultimo? That one is now on my list of favorites. That's what is good about freezeframe. I had never heard that song before and now I love it. We're getting cultured, 80's cultured. O.k. That was just plain corny. I'll be the first to admit it.

I'm the one that moved the string to the top of the list, even though there was no post. The reason is that I had a long post that I deleted at the last minute when the last part turned out not to be true
The POST had said I was having a good day because of several things, including the fact that I had saved 50% on a bunch of crap in an after-valentines day sale, and then I got a heart shaped pizza from Papa Murphy's for half price because they had to get rid of em, I also saw two 80 year old ladies walking back to a retirement home, they were twins and even at that age were still doing everything alike. Hair-do, coats, pants, shoes. I just thought that was cute. Sisters and friends, right into their golden years.
The LAST part of the post said it was a great day because a part time job I really wanted had come my way, but I found out in my return call to the person that it hadn't. It still may, but the previous holder of the position is being a jerk about leaving it and now it's up in the air.
I am having a bad day because I just turned on Freeze Frame radio and I heard that horrible talking clip "song" done by William Shatner, Lucy in the Sky. What was that? I hope that doesn't stay in the rotation. (Eye brow is up on that one ?? )
Sorry to hear that Stevie, I havent heard that song yet, but I have heard him doing a version of Pulp's common people, and that was quite cool. I will have to check out that one later.
Hey all...It's not really a bad day, but some bad news....I'm gonna have to take a hiatus from the FFR Boards for a while...My boss just put in his 2 weeks, and my already burdened workload pretty much just trippled...I'll try to make a few posts at night, & check in at lunch, but for a while I won't be able to enjoy the boards as much as I have....keep up all the great topics....and still watch what you say...the occasional cybershot could still come your way....cuz I'll be lurking....
You know...taking the boss position would be OK if I wanted to stay w/ the company...but considering I've been a TEMP for almost 10 months, (& they've said they want to hire me for the last 5) I really Am trying to find work elsewhere myself...
