Last night when I was lying awake unable to fall asleep I started playing with my cellphone.
It's got games on it, but they're all trial runs.
One of them is pool. I played it until I got to the 8 ball (last shot before winning) and it said to continue I'd have to buy the game.
Now, my cell phone has a 2 inch screen. It's not like I'm gonna sit and play this very often. But I thought, if I'm waiting somewhere, it might be a fun thing to have, so I was gonna buy it.
I followed the link and when I got to the cost was shocked! $2.49 A MONTH! It was a subscription! Who the hell is gonna pay $30 a year for some crappy game on their cell phone?!?!
My old phone I could buy a game for $4.99 and it was in the phone for good.
I've purchased a couple games and a few utilities.
I meant to buy a game called "My Little Tank" and goofed up and clicked on the wrong one. So then, I went back and bought the tank game I was trying to buy. I think it was $20.00. Its a fun little game, you drive the tank around and blow stuff up.
