I got on the crosstrainer for a bit. I don't think I will be tonight though. Tues we usually work late and I don't want to exercise late. I have enough sleeping problems without that added.

I don't count doing dishes, watering the vegetables, putting the trash and recycling out, folding laundry, yapping with friends or sitting with my feet up and a drink in my hand as working out. But it did take some effort.

Does a 1.25 mile walk count as "working out" ?

It's working out in my book..... any type of continuous movement is working out.

Walking is the best exercise "they" say.

I did about 16 hours of tai chi last week. I took yesterday off. Tonight I'm walking to tai chi, doing another hour and 15 minutes, and walking the mile or so back home. I don't feel guilty at all for taking last night off.

I'm sick. Don't really count me. JD will tell you. I ride to work, run after riding then, hit the gym for weights. (it all enhances my booze experience, which JD will also attest to.)
Should I do some red wine with him this Sunday?
(JD, I miss the regular conversations. Work sucks@!)furious

So I ended up walking to tai chi, doing tai chi for an hour, and talking for a half hour with other people that went to the workshop last weekend. So it ended up being late enough, that I didn't want to get home so late if I walked, so I got a ride home. But I still think I did well.

I ended up working out after all. I did not get on the crosstrainer though. I wasn't even considering it- lol. So I let my husband have that and I just got on the treadmill.
