It's Friday! Yesterday i was telling you that we had a big storm. Well my husband had our moon roof open and i didn't know. So he's out trying to put up a tent getting soaked at the same time my car is getting soaked. So in turn I got soaked when I got in. Everything was wet and dripping from above. i was not happy. So we went home and had to change and then we tried a new restaurant out. That didn't turn out to well either. We waited forever for our meals! We both got steak and mine was rough as heck. he tried to finish mine up and he said that he had a better steak. hmm

Saturday the girl has a horse event. I really don't want to go. I am secretly hoping it rains. (70% chance) I'm awful I know. But she didn't even send him a father's Day card. She couldn't do anything with him because they has plans with Mom's boyfriend, who she also calls Dad. I have a poor outlook.

In any case- Friday on!

Today's not turning out much better than the rest of the week. I should've known when I sneezed while putting mascara on this morning: 3 times. I was really tempted to do the Clockwork Orange look this morning.

When there was no one in the office when I came in, and my computer started up pretty quickly, I was hopeful. But then one coworker called me on her cell phone asking me to do stuff for her, that she really could've done when she gets in (whenever that might be).

And now I'm already getting stuff dumped on me. Why can't people just leave me alone and let me do my job!?

Good morning, y'all! I crashed and burned last night shortly after supper -- 7ish. my belly has been messed up for a week and i'm feeling slugish -- bleh!
The SHE BOSS is not in today and there is a layoff -- i think i've mentioned how i hate doing payroll...

MZ, some of those people you work with are really beginning to tick me off! Taking advantage of you like that! furious.gif

I'll help you out with some happy songs too...

I'm hoping ot get in and then get out of work relatively unscathed. I'm going in until noon only, then heading to summerfest for my Rush wrist band and then lunch with my buddy. he's got to head home for a bit after that, so we'll get the re-entry wrist bands as well. I will leave for a bit and then the afternoon is mine. I'm thinking a walk up the lakefront would be way nice, a big cup of coffee from alterra on their deck, maybe a beer or two somewhere & then back in for dinner and RUSH.

Of course, it will most likely rain. I'll just buy a rain poncho and more beer & I'll be fine.

Dark, dark music for me today. Come on... get this friggin' day outta here.
On a lighter note, I feel good today. Fairly happy. Spent some time with the missus last night. It was fun.

Ok why can't we get notice of things? We are getting new printer/copiers right now. Well whose gonna set them up into a server? Has the sheboss even thought of that?! You don't just get to plug and go. furious

That is one thing I get to look forward to tonight. Brian and I are going to go out to see Indiana Jones. Brian wanted to see Iron Man or Indiana Jones, and I wanted to see Prince Caspian or Indiana Jones, so we went with the one we both agreed on.

Happy Friday, folks.

I need to work on some billing today.

I'll be eating lunch at the church. Today is the last day of VBS. They used a VBS program called "Power Lab" which is a science related theme. They've been doing lots of fun stuff. Parents are invited to come for a program and lunch today. They are cooking up "power dogs". Its been an excellent turn out. Last year, they had about 50 kids. This year, over 90.

Tomorrow, I'll probably have to go set all of our sound stuff back up for Sunday.

Right now I've got my doors open and there is a robin about 15 feet from me chirping in the door. He's really loud, but he seems happy. We had about 1/2" of rain last night, he's probably got his belly full of worms.

Mmmmmmm . . . . worms.
