yea, splinters flying up like wooden daggers, oil on the track causing wipe-outs, the wood just shredding. them guys was nuts!biggrin.gif

Oh and don't forget having to wear leather leg guards to keep the hot oil of their skin, having only the bare minimum protective gear, and even some of them riding in sidecars! Whoah!
