Chick who epitomized the 80's

Gotta go with Kelly LeBrock in "Weird Sciece" or Molly Ringwald.

The Material Girl back when she was somewhat innocent.  I can still see the videos from back in the early 80s.  Too bad she got too big for her own .............

yea the material girl in that gandola singing "like a virgin"....man o man I remember my old man being torn- "Don't Drool on the TV, young JD"...but then saying " I get it, and I am happy you get it too....but still, drooling on the tv might electrocute you....and the tv is brand new by the way...."

I was gonna say Madonna, but feared I'd be crucified by the villagers.

But MAN O MAN, early Madonna, like in the DRESS YOU UP video, georgous, vivacious, valuptious, and THEN some.

Also had a thing for Terri Nunn & Patty Smyth, but that's been well covered in other threads

When I think of the 80's, it's either molly ringwald or madonna.  You can't go wrong with either of those answers.  They completely personify the decade.

I would have to say Sarah Jessica Parker.  Footloose, Girl's Just Wanna Have Fun, (don't count Square Pegs) they were great movies (at least to me) and she was all about the dancing, which is what I loved about the 80's.  She wasn't the best looking girl, but she was good.  I can agree on Molly Ringwald, though, too.

Darryl Hannah is definatley top on my list. What was she like 7ft tall? And Splash was where it all started for me. I've been dropping change ever since!

I think I have to go with Cindy Lauper not only as an artist but the complete fashion package.
