I know Web!  My head is spinning, trying to figure out the best course of action to take.  And a year from now she'll be off our insurance if it turns out this guy is wrong.  She wants to wait and see, but I'm thinking of getting one more opinion just to see if it matches up with any of the 4 we already have.  hmm

Yay, my server issue is fixed.

I had to go through a level 2 tech that couldn't figure it out. He sent it on to a level three tech that fixed it.

Turns out the problem was on another server that this one needs to talk to. The update on this server didn't like the setting on the other one . . . kinda weird because the other servers with this same version work fine with that server. I'm gonna have to do some research to understand what the setting does and why it effected things.

I didn't know techs came in levels.  I must always get connected to those level 0 techs. no.gifhmm

Yup, that way best they got only work on the hardest issues. You just gotta get get the middle guys frustrated enough that they will pass it on.
