The Brew Crew meanwhile won their third in a row from the Cardinals. But there were some things to worry about. We've been hitting the crap out of the ball but it's not transating into runs. Yesterday we left double digits on base, Tuesday night was more of the same.
BUT, Sabathia pitched like an ace and got the complete game shut out. So we're 2 up on the Cards now and five games up in the Wild-Card race (or is it 4).

I missed Myers sucking early. Got home and put the game on and watched the Phils tie it. Only later to see them give up a three run homer to a guy we hate. Talk about attitude. The Phils have troubles when they get put in a hole early. And, of course, it was the ESPN Wednesday night game. So they sucked again on national tv. Hopefully the Phils can bounce back today. We have an early game. They need to take this and get rolling. The have six more straight games in the division after today. Go Phils!
I did watch some of the Brewers game. I also was watching some of the Braves/Marlins game (division stuff). Sabbathia looked great. I didn't wathc it all. I went upstairs after he gave up his first hit. He is still a pitcher that I don't want to see from you guys in Sept. Go Brewers!
