I mentioned this house in today's thread.

Its for sale about one mile straight East of where my shop is.

Its on five acres and a 5,000 sq foot house (including the finished basement). If I was going to spend this much money on a house in this town, (having not been in it yet) this is the one I think would want.

These pictures were just taken from the road. I didn't go up the drive way and get close.

Yeah, I told my wife I'd also have to get a small tractor with a mowing deck for grass and a front scoop for snow.

Now why would I pay for 95% of the house when I only want to use 5% of it? You're not being very fair!

YOU have the wife. YOU have the kid. YOU would use the shop out back. Clearly the 5% should be my share.

But I'll tell you what, I'm willing to say your wife is a share, you're a share, Web Jr. is a share, and the shop is a double share. That would make it 5 shares for you, one for me.

So I'll put up 16.5% of the down payment and pay 16.5% of the costs. Seems fair to me. Do we have a deal?

That narrow strip in front belongs to a neighbor across the road and hey have a few horses there.

People in the city put up fences to keep other things out.

In the country, people put up fences to keep their animals in and contained to their own property, from running away, keeping them off the roads, etc.

I put my fence up to keep my little one in the yard.

You can kinda see my fence out in the yard.
