Good day, all! It's been a particularly busy morning... the kind I like to refer to as "Stoopid Question Tuesday". I have been asked more just flat out dumb questions in this one morning than I have been in the last week. It's exciting. Oh well...Pambo is still out. She is having a few post-surgical issues, but nothing really major so far. She did take a trip to the ER yesterday, but they basically watched her for a couple hours and sent her home. hmm.gif

Hello everyone. Jeez, looks like I missed all the fun today......poor JD got picked on this morning. biggrin  While you guys were having fun here, I was off playing the new Guitar Hero Aerosmith game.  Oldest girl bought it for a birthday gift for her sister so we tried it out....pretty good game if any of you that like the GH games......they did a much better job putting this one together than GH3 in my opinion. 

Anyway, it's warm and humid here today so I'm staying inside with the A/C on. 

Have to go to a band camp meeting with my youngest daughter tonight, yippee.  hmm  I already know her band director isn't going to be too happy with us because she's missed almost every practice they've had since school got out.  Tough rocks; it's summertime and we've got places to go and things to do!

Oooo, I love the Rush song they used in the GH game!!  I thought it was a pretty easy song to play compared to some of 'em that are on the games. 

I've also read a lot of rock stars can't play their own songs in the games because it's nothing like playing a real guitar.  But it's still a whole lotta fun!!  biggrin

Hey y'all.

Been workin' hard here today.

I started my moving stuff to clear out the area where the new shelves are going. In the process of doing that, I found some mold on the block wall. So, I spent some time with bleach scrubbing the walls down. I don't think I had the proper ventilation, I was getting a little loopy by the time I got done.

At 10:00 the sitter called saying she now has the flu so I had to go get the boy. Then he and I started hauling the shelves home from the shop.

I could only get two in my pickup at a time so it took three trips, but we got them all home and put in place.

Mrs Web came home for lunch just after we got the shelves in. She didn't know anything about this yet. We took her down stairs and she cried . . . . in a good way.

I started putting stuff on the shelves just to see how stuff fits and I see I need to go ahead and build more for the other wall too. We still have more stuff than we do shelf.

Now, I'm taking a break.

I'm pooped.

Again.

Actually, the concept started Friday. I figured out how I wanted to do it and got materials Friday then started building Monday morning.

Far from done, but here's the one wall:

That wall is 16 feet long. There is one more shelf unit just to the left of this picture.

Most of the boxes is stuff from mom-in-law's house. It will all be repacked and organized better eventually but at least its up off the floor and out of the middle of the room for now.
