Yeah, things are looking pretty gloomy in Brew Town. We've lost 9 of 11, at exactly the same time that we started our big choke last year.
Prince Fielder went after Manny Parra in the dugout on TV last night, pushing him down twice. Parra just looked shocked. Then JJ Hardy and Ryan Braun could be seen screaming at Fielder.
Our loser manager almost immediately uttered his famous line "It's not a problem"
That's becoming a joke in Milwaukee.
"Ned, your closer has blown five saves in nine chances"
"It's not a problem, you guys want to make it a problem, but it's not a problem"
"Ned, your leadoff hitter is hitting 214 and has the lowest on base percentage of all leadoff hitters in baseball"
"It's not a problem, Rickie hits the ball hard, he battles out there"
"Ned, what happened with Fielder attacking your starting pitcher on camera in the dugout"
"It's not a problem, It's not your business"
This guy is an idiot.
In regards to the fight he was actually angry the reporters asked about it.
He said "Frankly it's rude for you to ask about it. If your neighbors are fighting you don't go next door and ask what happened"
WHAT IS THIS GUY SMOKING?!?!
Feilder is becoming a cancer and I hope we trade him in the off season.
On the flip side, I see your Phillies have been really hot and have taken first place back! Congratulations!
They certainly are having issues. Your manager is an idiot. I saw the lowlights on Baseball Tonight. He obviously knew what he was doing or whom he was messing with. He didn't try to hit him, he just pushed him. Some azzes need to be kicked.
The Phillies are hanging in there. They won a few games. They need to get on a huge roll. The Mets have lost a few too, so that helps. I can only hope the Mets fall like the Brewers have fallen latey. Sorry about that.
I am heading to lunch, but I will think of more things later.

Hey Darlene, I read that Papi's wrist was going poppy last night.
That's not good news. You guys can't afford to lose him again!
Either you or the Devil Rays GOTTA win that division. The Yankees really stocked up on players for the stretch run, I don't wanna see them make a come back.

Seriously? You'll root for the Red Sox? Come on. If you are going to pick someone, go with the Rays. Yes, the Rays. Stop calling them the Devil Rays.

We first have to worry about the Phillies and Brewers making the playoffs. Then we have to see who else is standing around in the NL. But if you go over to the AL, I can't help but think the Angels are a step or two ahead of the Rays. I would have to look at numbers to compare the two head to head and so forth. I think I still see an AL dominance in the post season. Sorry.

The cubbies were up 6 - 1 and the Astros came back to lead 7 - 6. Now the cubs have tied it at 7 in the bottom of the seventh and are threatening for more.
Rich Harden finally had a bad game, giving up 5 runs in just over 5 innings, four of them earned.

WHAT???
Come on. Seriously? The Cubs suck. They will lose again in the playoffs. With any hope, they will not evenmake the playoffs. That will put them in the same old place. You have serious Cub issues. I still think you are a closet Cubs fan.

Riggs, I'm flattered you want to see me in the World Series.
By the way, I'm going to Cincinnati today to watch your Brew Crew take on the Griffey-less Reds.
When I bought the tickets I considered the only bright spot was the chance to see Jr. add to his home run total.
But nooooooooo! Oh well, it's a day away from work and the weather is supposed to be nice. Griffey deserves a shot at the playoffs too so I can't be selfish.

Too cool Ray! Enjoy the game! I can't watch it because amazingly Cincinatti is a blackout city here, even though they're 500 miles away and there are atleast four other teams that are closer to me
