But there'd be only silence from my walkie talkie! ooooooooooh spooky.
I'm on my way to check out the recorder right now!
THIS Michigan story might be too scary to check out. I can just see the four of us in the car screaming like little girls when the ghost is in the car with us!
Straville, MI - Marrow Road Go there around 2 AM, park near the bridge, roll down your windows and place your keys on the dash board, and wait. As soon as you see him ( a glowing transparent light that comes from the woods) , it's only about a second and he's in your car before you can get your keys and start the car !
That one sounds kind of hokey. Everybody knows ghosts don't need the windows down to enter a car. I say we pass on this one.
Yeah you're probably right, but that one cemetary with the growling sounds--that one might be for real.
Oh, up at Mackinaw Island there are a few haunted stories too, and at Fort Michilmac in Mackinaw City. They charge to get in there though, so we might want to skip those areas.
Yeah, Ghosthuntings gotta be free. If they're charging for it then you have to wonder if there's any shenanigans going on to "give people their moneys worth"
We might be able to get by with one even cheaper than that. We could try a cheaper one first, see if we catch any EVP's. Would have to give it a few trys just to be sure. If it worked, we wouldn't need to get real fancy equipment.
Ok, good. Any other tech specifications you need?? Remember, you're gonna be working out of a rental van, so we can't do too much in modifications. What kind of chair and table do you want? We need our tech guy comfy while he's monitoring.
I can just hear our EVP's........"what the heck is that noise?"......listening to it again, still don't recognize it.......we run it by Web......"oh, that was me practicing for Sunday morning, sorry."
We'd be out in the dark with just our flashlights....."you hear that crunching?"......"yeah, where'd it come from?"......."I dunno, over that way"......crunching sound is getting louder, we think it's something behind us, we radio Web to keep his ears alert, that it's close to him, he's telling us "I don't hear nuthin'"........we keep following the crunching sound, we're really close to the van now....."oh no, it's in there with Web! We've gotta save Web!!"....throw the doors open, scare the crap out of Web when we do, popcorn goes flying, soda he's sipping on goes all over the equipment.......we're done ghost hunting for the night.
Oooo, that does look real from a distance! I'd think it was if I came across something like that.
I don't like people that fake stuff like that though. I mean for Halloween it's great, a cool thing to do, but to purposely orchestrate something like that and then film it and say it's real.......that makes me mad. Like that one episode of G.H. where they went to that restaurant where the supposed Gray (or was it white?) Lady appeared in the restroom mirror, chandeliers supposedly shook, and it was all rigged...and they had the nerve to call Jay and Grant and ask them to come and investigate. That was just wrong! I'm surprised they don't run across more of that kind of stuff.
Oh yeah. I can't believe Jay didn't lose it on that episode. That was total BS. I would be so ticked.
That's the ONE problem with GH. I really think a lot of the ones that own a bar or restaurant or hotel are just looking for some free exposure. They can be the place Ghost Hunters visited and use it as a selling point.
Right, it makes a great selling point for their business. You know, sometimes when they're investigating those types of places and they don't find anything, I often wonder if the story was made up just for that purpose. It gets their business mentioned on tv along with being able to say they had Ghost Hunters do an investigation.
