I agree Riggs, why can't celebs just say what's really wrong?

I mean Sammy Sosa having back Spasms for a month after a Sneeze? After all the steriod testimony, I'm sure just a sneeze caused it

And Dick Clark...yeah, we know what happened, but why does it have to be a big secret about his condition? The publicist keeps saying they will not discuss his condition. why? Kirk Douglas had a stroke & while he has speech problems and Slight paralysis, he still made movies & people still loved him. Is he just afraid to loose the "Oldest Teenager" label by showing that he isn't a robot & does age, and IS fallible? People will still love him after this stroke...why not let us in on how this American Icon is dooing?
