Yes, I was laid off, along with a lot of other people I know. It's not so bad though...it's been a blessing to reclaim my aspirations and not have to deal with all the stress there anymore. I'm sorry I didn't share earlier, but there was plenty of struggles everyone seemed to be going through without me adding to the mix.

Well thanks Mz! Though I haven't landed yet, I'm confident it will mean something better and I feel like one of the fortunate ones. I got a nice severance, got to enjoy the summer, and I feel like there's something better for me out there. I still love the company, but I don't want to be as unhappy as the people I know who are still there.
