JR just called me and asked me to let everyone know that the station is down because of a big storm that dumped a bunch of rain and knocked out the cable.

He said we'll be back as soon as the cable internet is back up again.

We're back!

I'm amazed cable came back so fast. It seems to go out almost anytime it rains, usually for a couple hours.

Wow, what a storm cell that was. I haven't seen it rain that hard in years. My backyard was flooded about 6 inches in a matter of minutes. The water was coming in through my back door. I had to put a bunch of towels down as a barrier.
