Did you get the new Duran Duran CD/DVD yet? It ROCKS! I had the CD, but my sister just bought me the combo pack with the DVD of concert footage from the current tour, and the video for REACH UP FOR THE SUNRISE and it is EXCELLENT!
I know last time you talked about it you said you hadn't picked up the CD yet, if you still haven't don't bother with the CD, get the combo. A much better deal!
I'm going to try and get it this weekend. I've loved the first two singles, so I can't wait! I'm so glad to see them doing a great job. I'm a Duran Duran Fan Fan. Corny, yeah, but it was a sticker that I used to have on my big binder when I was in school. I'm a dork, what can I say?

Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you do criticize them you will be a mile away and have their shoes.
They have a short part of the concert from the new tour, and a lot of behind the scenes stuff. The guys talking about how amazed they are that they're playing to bigger audiences today than in the 80's in some cases. And how their audience used to be 12 year olds now it's 12 year olds to 60 year olds :)
I haven't watched the whole thing yet, It looked so cool (the concert setup is very elaborate) that I decided to wait until later tonight. I have company coming over to watch Mr. 3000 and I thought it would be fun to use the concert as a primer :) Plus it's gonna look great on the big screen and with surround sound!
