Woman hospitalized after pigs attack
A 69-year-old woman remained hospitalized today in La Crosse after she was attacked by pigs on a Crawford County farm, the sheriff's department there is reporting.

Judy Surface was moving pigs between pens Friday morning on the farm about four miles northwest of Soldiers Grove when she tripped and fell, according to a statement from the Crawford County Sheriff's Department.

Four to six pigs attacked her, but two neighbors who were helping at the farm distracted the pigs and pulled Surface from the pen, according to the statement.

Surface suffered severe cuts to her arms and legs and was flown from Vernon County Memorial Hospital to Gunderson Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, according to the sheriff's department.

Well, pigs will eat pretty much anything... If you ever watched the show Deadwood, they were the preferred method of body disposal in some areas.

I heard that too.... if you are going to dispose of a dead body, just feed it to the pigs in the trouph.
