Ugh not the way I wanted to start my week out. Dinner did not sit well with me apparently and decided to reappear at 4:30am. I don't see how anything could be left to continue to make me feel bad but I do. I don't want to be here but in order to get holiday pay I have to be. sick.gif

Sorry Woo! I hope you can keep everything else down!

I'm not feeling all that great today either. I think I just need a day to recover from the weekend. It's probably just the after-effects of the sun and the heat. I'm just tired and feeling blah. And kind of itchy, which is weird. I really don't want to be around people today.

So of course, my coworker got here before me and cornered me before my computer even started. The days I really need some time for myself are the days when I seem to get hammered.

I think I'm ok today. I'm disappointed the weather didn't cooperate better this weekend, but we can't help that. School is going full days now (they were short for heat).

oh, can't forget to mention my dream... we (forum members) were all super heros smile.gif but the forces of evil were overwhelming cry.gif buildings were tumbling (but we could fly), and dark forces were all around (they looked like ninjas). the dream ended with a flood of liquid mercury approaching our vehicle and the only way to get away was to back into a chasm which we knew not where it led, and to make matters worse, a ninja vehicle was in front of us! Yikes, a TRAP!
then i woke up...weirdface.gif

ah your dream sounds well better than mine. After I got sick and fell back to sleep I had a dream about pouring cereal into a baking dish, adding milk as if I was gonna eat out of that huge dish. Then my husband called me from the bedroom and I left it there to get soggy. That's all I remember weirdface

Wow DS, that's a new one! FFR Members as super heroes! Sounds like a cool dream.

I'm up early (for me) today. Finally sleeping seems to be agreeing with me.

Today I'm going to head out to the Post Office to mail Woos microphone and some DVD's of music. Shouldn't be long now before we hear the much anticipated debut of Woo's Dance Grooves (if that's what she settles on) clap.gif

Morning all. I was a bit late, I had a doctor's appointment today not just labs. My thyroid is leveling off, but it is almost gone. That is why I have been feeling so bad. Once it is gone completely though it will be better and my meds will not have to be altered until I start going through the change.

Have a great- feel better Woo and MZ. Sparky must have just been psychic!

Morning all. I'm in the "running late" crowd today. Spent a good deal of my weekend asleep trying to beat my cold. I think it helped, but I could still nap.

Hm, now I'm starting to worry a little bit. I got a tiny bit of sunburn on my chest. It looks like my tank top creeped down a little after I sprayed on the sunscreen, so I had a little 1/2" x 2" crescent on each side that's red.

But I've been itchy around my chest and neck area all day. Now on my left side, the crescent has turned into a large red splotch and is itchy. I'm not sure if it was itchy before and I was unconsciously scratching or rubbing at it and that's why it's red, or if it became red and itchy on it's own. At either rate, that's not an area that was sunburnt, and I just got the burn yesterday so it's not peeling or anything yet, so should it be so itchy?

I don't know Mz. I hope it just goes away for ya. The more ya think about it the more it will itch.

Hi everyone!  First day back to work......yuck!!!!  Good news is I will be working from 7:00 to 1:30 every day this year......no late starts, no staying till 6 this year! clap.gif  But I still got no tunes this year.  cry  We may get a new boss in January so maybe that will change.  I sure hope so!

I can't access the forum from my work computer.  Stupid IT cops!!  So in a couple of weeks I'm gonna try the proxy thing and see what happens.  Being the first week back we're pretty swamped so I need to be a good girl and just do my work when at work. hmm  I hope I don't get caught when I try out the proxy.  weirdface

I think the only way you can get caught with the proxy is if they literally catch you with it. I don't think IT can realize whats going on just sitting in their office watching the internet traffic.

But web can give us a definitive answer on that I'm sure.
