I hate how short weeks feel like they last forever.

For some reason, I'm still tired.  I think I slept fine last night.  I worked out this morning and had a cup of coffee.  I shouldn't feel this tired.

Otherwise I'm in a pretty good mood.

I just got a strange call. This lady called asking for one card. She just wanted a card that said, "Handcrafted by..." with the name and info on a raffle prize. Just one card, and it can be handwritten. I told her we can certainly do it, but, although I don't normally suggest this type of thing, a better alternative for her might be to get a piece of cardstock and print it on her home printer. She replied that she doesn't have a home printer and she just wanted a handwritten card, and hung up on me.

I'm not sure what I said, but I hope she does do it on her own. I'd hate to charge her for something like that.

Morning all.

That is a strange call MZ!

Emily was having bathroom issues this morning. Hope she feels better or I may be leaving. Funny though she really wanted to stay home- BAD. Her teacher is no nonsense and little E does not like her! But I know that she was not making up the restroom issue, so I kinda felt bad taking her. We will see. So young to be asking to stay home so easily!

its cooled off a bit here too and is rainy. It certainly seemed like once the kids were back in school, the fall instantly arrived.

I have a big tree in front of my apartment. the other day, a lot of the limbs near the bottom were cut off. I understand that, as it was starting to get kinda big and out of control. But I certainly do miss the branches that hung over my front windows a bit. It added an element of privacy and really helped keep the apartment cooler. I suppose that doesn't matter that much now that its seemed to have cooled off anyhow.

Morning all... I'm finally up for the day (I think). Woke up a while ago with a terrible headache so I just went back to sleep. Anyhoo.. I'm up now. It's supposed to be cool and rainy here all day. We are getting the edge of the back side of Gustav.

Fuzzy... I say threaten away. It's just not a good week unless you make at least one well places threat. smile.gif

Thanks Mema. It is just so hard for me though. I can threaten but it does me no good. I am in PA and the boss is in WA. I have already mumbled a few things abouther today.

One more day left and it's the weekend!! clap.gif  Can you tell I'm already ready for a break and I just went back to work on Tuesday?!  I must be crazy to still be working at a job I dislike so much.  hmm

Ruby, sorry little E isn't too happy with her teacher right now.  Hope she'll like her better as the year goes on, otherwise you're in for a very long haul!!  My youngest daughter's Kindergarten teacher (mean b*tch) completely turned her off from school, and she's hated ever since. 

Hope everyone's day is going ok!  Almost Friday guys!!! smile
