I'm sorry, but it just doesn't feel right watching a Favre-less Packer team
I know Dylan will go on and on about how no player is bigger than the game, and the team must move on, and so on and so on.
But Favre is the ONLY quarterback for the Packers that I've ever known. For the most part HE is the reason I came to love football. This just doesn't feel right.
I remember Bart Starr. Oh man I idolized him when I was a kid. Then I remember that boy from Texas==having a hard time remembering his name, he was Heisman trophy winner. I sat next to him at a dinner once. How embarassing. He was polite, had a shy coy smile. His wife was in one of my classes at school. He played for BYU. what the hec was his name?
