The girl has no morals, but he eggs this on. Why wait 22 years and then this?

Only because it's Howard, it doesn't surprise us. Stern is having a 22-year-old girl on his show who will be auctioning off her virginity. Why would someone do this at this age of sexually transmitted diseases? To pay for college, she says! What ever happened to good ole fashioned stripping?!

The young woman says, "I don't have a moral dilemma with it. We live in a capitalist society. Why shouldn't I be allowed to capitalize on my virginity?" Wonder who fed her those linesShe goes on to say, "I understand some people may condemn me. But I think this is empowering. I'm using what I have to better myself."

Surprisingly enough, her mother who is a 4th grade teacher doesn't approve. Imagine explaining that to your students! We wonder how much money this girl is intending on getting. Gotta get your 15 minutes of fame somehow these days! And a dang free education!

I believe you are correct... this would be prostitution. I guess that means that Howard Stern is officially a pimp. No surprises there.

Hmm... perhaps she should be compelled to provide medical proof? It's just nasty any way you look at it. Ho-ing herself out on Howard Stern's show... that just gives me the shivers. Next stop: Maury Povich for the next episode of "Who's My Baby Daddy?"

HOWARD IS NOT AUCTIONING A VIRGIN

Howard noted that the NY Daily News had picked up news of Dennis Hof's appearance on today's show, but they got the story all wrong: I really want to tell Dennis to go home...I gotta get out of the Dennis Hof business. Howard explained that he didn't want to be involved in the auction for the virginity of Dennis Hof's Bunny Ranch girls, he simply wanted to talk to them about how and why someone would do such a thing, and Dennis spun it like Howard was kicking off the auction.

Howard told Gary to cancel Dennis and the girls' appearance: I'm only interviewing the girl...They've got it very different in the newspaper. Gary came in to defend Dennis, saying he was just trying to get publicity for his appearance like anyone else would. After hearing that Dennis and the girls had already flown in and were on their way, Howard begrudgingly allowed Gary to keep the segment on the schedule.

By the way the girl was being "offered" by the Bunny Ranch, not Howard....he was just offering up the story behind the story, which had already appeared in the NY newspapers before he had her on the show.

I remember many years ago, I was flippin' channels and went past "E!" just as Howard's show was starting. I thought "Ok, I've heard how bad this is, but I suppose I should see if its really any worse than the rest of the junk out ther." So, I watched the show.

On this show, they had a "girl" who got down on her elbows and knees and then inserted some kind of stick into her butt. Then, the guys in the studio played "ring toss" on the protruding stick. I sat there somewhat in shock thinking "Is this what some people in this country consider entertainment? Is this what Howard has to do to be popular?"

We have this kind of stuff being broadcast across our nation and then we wonder why we have morality issues? no.gif

Wow.  I never listened or watched Howard Stern, just because I wasn't interested.  I never thought I'd be offended by it though.  Maybe I was wrong.

I made the mistake of pausing on his show while channel surfing once. It was as bad as I'd always heard... some nekkid woman sitting there doing some disgusting thing while Howard was egging her on. I just shook my head and moved on.

When I decided to get satellite radio in my truck, I actually decided to go with XM because Howard had just announced his deal with Sirius. Bum deal that they merged. I still don't listen to his show.

I would get serius just for the NFL coverage.  The fact Stern wasn't on it would be a bonus.  Until the merger of course.

The sad thing about Stern, is it helped open the floodgates for alot of equally disgusting reality shows.  And the bar  keeps getting lowered.

I stick to the music stations for the most part. Sometimes listen to the news stations, but I refuse to listen to anything related to a shock jock.

The stations with the most music and the least commercial interruptions usually hook me.

As of yet, I dont have satellite radio.
