biggrin.gif Hey, and if any of you live in Embarq territories...we have launched a trial of ridding the automated answering service...so for a little while (I'm not sure how long or if it's permanent) you will most likely get a human when you call in

Thanks for the list.....I always have tried hitting 000000, most of the time you end up with a person trying that trick, but this is more helpful!

Some IVRs (Interactive Voice Responder) will direct your call to a human if you yell and cuss at them.

I remember I was dealing with that one time and it wasn't directing me where I wanted to go, so I cussed at it.  It replied, "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that..."  I cussed at it some more.  That didn't work either.
