Some IVRs (Interactive Voice Responder) will direct your call to a human if you yell and cuss at them.
I remember I was dealing with that one time and it wasn't directing me where I wanted to go, so I cussed at it. It replied, "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that..." I cussed at it some more. That didn't work either.
