Hubby just heard back from the mechanic. He's only gonna charge us $300! it's ugly but not as ugly as it could be! The part was in stock so it should be done today! w00t.gif

Hubby asked for an advance. Hate to do that. Then we need to go home and see what we can figure out financially.

it really is a relief! It will be a minor problem compared to what we thought it was gonna be.

His parents called last night and they keep getting their weekends mixed up.
MOM--"You're coming up this weekend right?"
Hubby-- "No, this weekend is when I go work on the hunting property. The weekend after is when we were gonna try. But now we don't know if we can afford it."

They are talking about leaving Oct 5th for Arizona.

Later on we get a call from his step-dad. "We really want you to come up one last time before we leave so we will pay for your gas." smile
