Good day all!

I'm getting closer and closer to being "caught up." If I could get some of these catalogs filed, I might even have a clean office. I also need to redo our company blog and start blogging on a regular basis. If the rest of the week is this quiet, I might be able to do that. I didn't jinx myself yesterday, so hopefully I'm not pressing my luck.

Morning all. Emily had no cavities! YEAH! And she changed her mind after spending time with the new teacher and she is ready to move. As a matter of fact she was ready to go at 5:30 this morning! Her mean butt teacher could not even lie to me and tell me she would miss E. That pissed me off. I know I may be partial, but Emily has never met anyone who did not fall for her charms. She still gets gifts from her daycare workers from when she was 1! She has a great personality and can always make you laugh. So it is that teacher's loss.

I am too busy to play still....have a great!

Happy Thursday.

The boy wanted to let the big spider go so I set him free this morning out here on a tree branch. He's on his own now.

My new bass amp is "On FedEx vehicle for delivery". Yay!

I think thats all I got for now.

I had a meeting this morning and I am just now getting to my desk. It was a presentation from National City to try and get us to open accounts with them. Although we belong to 2 credit unions- their deal doesn't sound too bad. I think we would actually save by moving our checking to them. Plus they are giving $163 to all those that do direct deposit of $250. Once that happens the $163 is yours to spend. Oh I guess you see I didn't have jury duty today. There were no cases scheduled. Now if I could get out of Friday I would be done for 12 months!

I passed the 17 year mark at Sprint last month. I got a paper certificate. They pretty much cut out our anniversary gift program... cost savings measure. hmm.gif

Thanks everyone! I got a watch at 10 yrs and some extra vacation time (1yr only)

I don't think you get anything else. They might at 20 yrs. I don't remember what hubby got when he hit that mark.

Yeah... Dan the Man doesn the classes himself. no.gif Let me pray downsizing never gets that far.

I got a silver monogrammed ring for 5 years. For 10 years I got a gold figaro link bracelet... wearing it right now as a matter of fact. Also got $50 to spend on a team celebration, and another week of vacation. Was really looking forward to 15 years because it was supposed to be some really cool gifts, $75 for the team celebration, and another week of vacation... but they suspended those programs 3 months before my anniversary. Now I think we have to hit 25 to get another week.
