Here! No jury duty! I don't know how I got out of it but they called every panel letter but mine! They skipped right over mine smile
Yesterday was a good mail day. I got my Sephora order and some stamps I won on Ebay for cheap. Unfortunately I am still waiting on that DVD i won on Ebay before I won the stamps. no.gif Oh and more good mail news- we got a rent bill which is yucky but inside was a note from the property mgr that we despise telling us that Sept 30th is her last day! clap.gif She is gonna go work with her husband. Yay! Go away! I really hope the new one will be better. I'm hoping this place can be salvaged. I don't want to hate it so much that we move again!

After work we go home and pack for the weekend. We are headed to my in-laws. This will be the last time before the go to Arizona for the Winter.

Hey. My brother is from Wis-GON-sin. You sound just like him.

He says I sound very southern these days. Southern? I was born in Southern Idaho...otherwise I'm midwestern. Aren't midwesterners the ones without accents?

Yes, some. I thought we were supposed to get more gusty stuff. For all I know, that comes later or came overnight (I was sleeping so I didn't notice). The Nor'easter is due to dump rain on us starting last night through Sunday I think.

I get that from my family in Michigan too. It's way too funny to hear someone with a Canadian-esque accent try to do a southern drawl. "Hay! Where y'all from, eh?" Cracks me up every time, especially because I sound NOTHING like that.

Ugh, I'm in a "I have lots of things to do, but don't want to do any of them" mood. I'm really having to push myself to do anything at all.

The boy and I did have some fun yesterday after school. We had a nice wind so we went to the park and I got to try out the new "Spikey Ring".

It spins faster than I thought it would, but it still looks pretty cool.

I took some video, but the spinning speed was real close to the shutter speed on the camera so it made it look like it is hardly spinning at all.

Darn, this post is done . . . now what can I do to avoid work?

Yeah, I didn't notice that until after I took the pics. It was just wadded up and suck. I stopped it and pushed the spike out and it was fine after that.

I didn't get the non work memo. I have been multitasking pretty well today. This desk was a mess. Now it is just a semi mess. Maybe bythe end of the day I will be able to actually see the surface of my desk.
