Sorry, Ghost, but I don't even feel like a debate today. I feel fine, I just have a case of "the lazies". I don't even feel like argu... I mean debating.


Our little town is crazy today. Driving here is taking your life into your own (and other's) hands.

This weekend is the 5th annual "Junk Jaunt". It is an organized garage sale. Its many small towns around central Nebraska that get together and have garage/antique sales. The towns are all mapped out and if you hit every town, its over a 200 mile journey.

There is something about normal, common, decent people that makes many of them go crazy when there is a garage sale within 20 miles of them. They turn into evil, stupid, demolition derby drivers that MUST GET TO THE NEXT SALE in 57 seconds or less. It seems that they believe that all normal traffic and parking laws do not apply to them when they are hittin' the sales.

I think Web is suffering from a condition I like to call the "after the excitement let-down"

He was all excited to get his spiky ring, it came Monday. He was all excited to get his Amp. It came yesterday. Now he's got no reason to check the tracking sites every ten minutes. Nothing to look forward too. No toys coming in the mail.

I bet a tear comes to his eye when he see's the UPS truck just drive on by. hmm.gif
