I have No-tell.

I've been on Alltel for about 10 years.

Out here where we are, they are the best choice. They were the first to really provided decent coverage out here in rural Nebraska.

I'm happy with them here, but that doesn't mean there isn't a better option available where you are.

Do you have any specific questions that I may be able to answer?

Mema- I am stuck with Nextel til June 2009, I am NOT paying them to get out and my plan works fine for me.

For those that have VErizon, Alltel and Verizon are merging!

No real questions Web, I think between my employee discount and their circle I can get rid of my home phone finally and get the boy his first real cell phone. I like that all long distance calls are the same, a lot of plans you had to have the same company for the calls to be free. You do not have any major complaints about your bill or service?

The Alltel site just says there is a merger and no action is required on current Alltel customers part. So it must be Verizon in control. I would like to have my 2 year plan in place before this happens!

Service has been good.

I've had little issues with them, but overall I can't believe its been any worse than any other cell provider. Nothing major.

They always call it a merger. I guarantee Verizon is buying Alltel.

We went so far as to call it "a merger of equals" when we bought Nextel. Nobody wanted to offend the independent sensibilities of the Nextel folk.
