Have fun JD!  Our zoo is now closed for the season. cry

I'm waiting for it to get a bit warmer outside; it's only 54 right now.  I want to get out and clean up the yard stuff so I can put it away, then wash my car, and I don't want my hands to be freezing while I do it.  hmm

I guess I need to move North where its warm. Its 43, cloudy, and a cold mist is coming down now. Expected high is 57.

I just went down to the post office and they have a water mains break down town. They were digging in one place and I see water bubbling up through the street over a block away so it must be a big one.

I've spent all morning going back and forth with a customer. It started with him chewing on my butt because something wasn't working right. I finally found where HE is the one who screwed up and then he was like "Oh, oops, he he, oh well, no biggie".

Good Morning, it's going to be a high of 39 with snow/ rain showers all day. We have already had 8 inches of snow 30 miles from here.

The boy and I just got back from getting haircuts. We were supposed to go at 5:00 but she called and asked if we could come at 2:00 instead.

SO, we just got back and at the end of the 1st qtr, its Texas Tech 7 and Huskers 0.

The yard is DONE! It's DONE I tell you!! 11 freaking bags of grass clippings and leaves. doh.gif I'm flat beat, but now I gotta get ready to go to a birthday party for the happy hour bar. 17 years in the same location. I'm already getting a bunch of text messages asking where I am! Geez.... the band doesn't even start until 8:30. Nice to be loved I guess. smile.gif

Good day all.

I am so sore today from walking around campus yesterday. I didn't realized I did so much.

I'm back from shopping and did a bit of cleaning. It's borderline hot today, sunny and 84! But I'm guessing that Web's weather is only a day or two away. :(

Huskers threw an interception - game over.

the zoo was fun. way perfect walk around weather- maybe 70 degrees. The zoo was not too crowded either, because come the fall months they do family free days near the first of the month, so today was not too crowded at all.

I think thats great Mz had 84 degrees. G-gal is jealous of the 84 she says, but can't complain about our weather today. we were able to grill out steaks and asparagus for dinner, before it got too dark.

still nice enough for a walk this evening, even tho at 8 pm, its dark as midnight.

got home, & freaking REM is Austin City Limits. awesome.

Saw the Huskers game at the bar. They really did fight the good fight. Sorry they lost.

Mema was the winner of her one and only Sumo suit wrestling contest! w00t.gif That was a lot of fun. Very hard to move around in, but it was a good time.

Gotta get some sleep now... technically it is way into Sunday!
