You don't actually have to use it for college, they'll just cut you a $40,000 check!  But the lower prizes of anything from a $10 gift card to K-Mart, to an 80 gig iPod, to a $1000 gift card to K-Mart are all something you COULD win. 

They actually say the odds of winning the 40k are 1 in fifty million!  They also say that the top prize may actually not be won by ANYONE.  So I wouldn't get my hopes up for that one
