I like working for small to mid-sized companies. much more flat level. I'm not just an expense report on some managers spread sheet whom I've never met face to face etc....

I prefer small companies. In mid-size to big companies, you never know what's really going on.

I liked working for the smaller companies. I am in a big company now and I don't much care for it.
