Can someone help a computer idiot?

For some reason I got booted off the freeze frame radio.  Real One, even though I have a VIP membership does not let me back in, even when trying to play the station by going to www.freezeframerdaio.com  I called Real One support and all they can tell me is that they are having issues.  Is it just me, or can anyone tell me how to get back on.  When I search for freezeframe in the radio it says it cannot even find it.

Glad you are back CP!


I was going to suggest that you delete the live365 cookie from your cookies folder, and then start all over again with downloading the player, then choosing to upgrade to player vip (or choose to use real player or windows media player).

Hey, you know CP, you may want to try listening with the Live365 player.  Once you download the basic one you can then click on the line that says UPGRADE TO VIP PLAYER.


With it you get TRUE CD QUALITY sound, the difference is amazing.  I'm not sure if you get that with the Realplayer.


You're paying for VIP, you should get the best sound quality you can.
