I've got a full plate today. Yesterday I kept getting interuppted and more stuff piled on me, and it made me irritable. Add to that a few things that I don't know how to do, and I'm a bit nervous about keeping a good mood today. If people leave me alone and/or help me, I can get the work done and feel better about it by the end of the day. If I get more, well, crap (sorry Ruby), I'm going to stab someone with a sharpie.
Good Morning, we still have a boat load of snow on the ground and the city and county don't want to plow for some reason. It's great when you hit a chunk of frozen rock solid ice and your face print is left on the windshield.
Have a great day!

Today I think I'll take a trip out to the countryside, there's a few small towns I want to check out as possible relocation destinations. Nothing too far mind you, maybe an hour to an hour and a half out of town.
Just enough to not have to deal with the megatropolis that is Milwaukee.
We're having our second straight day of cold November rain, but I ain't complainin' because it beats the white fluffy stuff.
Morning all. Happy day JD. Hope things are better in Woo's world. Keep up your good mood MZ. CP? no clue...? Sounds nice JR. Interview Fuzzy?
I had a cavity filled so I am numb right now.
Oh and more drama on campus here last night:
Charleston Southern University was placed on lockdown Tuesday night after two people were apparently abducted at gunpoint in the parking lot, taken to a nearby apartment complex and held up.
The robbers walked away with about $35 in the 7:45 p.m. incident that began at the campus on U.S. Highway 78 near Interstate 26.
A male and female reported that they went to a campus parking lot to leave when two males approached them, said Spencer Pryor, North Charleston police public information officer. He said one of the men presented a handgun and told the two to get in the car and drive.
The victim was told to drive to a nearby apartment complex, where the suspects robbed the pair of about $35, Pryor said.
Text messages and recorded phone messages went out about 8:50 p.m. notifying students of the robbery, that one person might be armed and that the school was on lockdown. A second message about 10:20 p.m. said the campus was secure. The lockdown was lifted about 11:10 p.m.
Pryor said there was no suspect information late Tuesday. Authorities at the private, Christian school weren't available for comment.
It was not clear if the victims were students.
It was the second robbery reported at Charleston Southern in as many months.
On Oct. 6, three men burst into a West Russell dormitory room, and one of them pointed a handgun at a student and demanded money. The campus was locked down for nearly four hours.
Police later arrested Justin Tyrone Moore, 20, of Greenville, and Tangie C. White, 23, of North Charleston. Moore had been suspended from the school a year earlier after being accused of having marijuana on campus.
White, 23, of North Charleston, was a student at the time of the robbery and was out on $50,000 bail on a murder charge stemming from the 2006 shooting death of a woman at a motel in Huntsville, Ala. He was suspended from the school after the robbery arrest.
Moore and White also were charged in the investigation of a holdup at a McDonald's near Otranto Road and an attempted robbery at another McDonald's on Rivers near Aviation Avenue, both on the same day of the robbery at the university.
Charleston County Magistrate Mary Holmes denied them the opportunity to make bail. They remained at the Charleston County Detention Center Tuesday night, the jail said.
The university said a glitch prevented the college warning message from reaching all students during the October incident. It was not clear if everyone got the messages Tuesday.
Morning all... I've been at the office for a bit. We had a spontaneous staff meeting right after I got in. My manager can talk anything to death, especially when it really doesn't need to be talked about so much.

That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.
I just got out of a meeting with a supplier. He had chocolate, and gave me a whole box of it. That is just wrong. I put some in a jar on my desk, but I'm trying to pawn the rest off onto other office mates.
Something is fishy MZ. One of our student workers stated that she thinks the girl who was robbed deals pot on campus. So there will be more to come I am sure.
I woke up at 5:00 this morning, thinking it was Thursday and that I had to be at work at 6:00 for our staff meeting. I got to work at 5:45, doors were locked, nobody there....I didn't realize until 6:15 that today was only Wednesday.
CP, good luck to you with whatever kind of a test/procedure it is that you're having done today! Hope it isn't too painful!!
