I know its irritating. I had my Adblock extension turned off and the one with the "ding" was driving me insane.

JR can't do anything about the ads.

The Adblock Plus extension (add on) in Firefox will kill it.

Frustrated with a customer but I'm trying to shake that off.

I did some practicing to prepare for Sunday morning. Now I'm just sitting here waiting for my body to let me know if it wants that popcorn or not.

I bought some more study materials on fretboard mastery.

My goal now is to work on getting outside the "box" and get to where I can move vertical and horizontal at the same time without getting lost.
