I'm here at church again with some time between events so I'm just checking in.
If everything works right, we'll be talking live to Mexico this morning. Our pastor and 11 others are deep in Mexico helping with some constructions projects for a church there (missions trip). I'm going to call the pastor with Skype and run it through the sound board here so our worship leader can talk live to him during the service so everyone will be able to hear them both. It should be cool.
Man for whatever reason, I just could not sleep last night. But I have managed to shower and go to the store already. I've watched a couple of movies to get them off the DVR and now it is time to get back to working on some cards. Later I have laundry- yippee
It's snowing and some is sticking but I can still see grass. Someone in my building is moving out but I can't tell who. It would be so great if it were those above me, but I'm thinking it's those in the back of the building.

It's a healthy thing Jeremy. "Fun place to visit but, I would want to live there." I'm going to be busy during the shows tonight. I think what I might do for the season is this... Sunday nights will be for model building in the basement or artwork & stuff upstairs (FFR on the stereo). The patio was offically disassembled today. All the oil changes (four cars) etc are taken care of. We are grilling Pork Chops on the Smokey Joe then, a movie. Friday night we hosted a TGIF party at our house. Only a handful of folks came. I think Mrs. Squonk has been working on the house for three months. Well, we did get the house looking nice. JD, I might pop in with a wise ass comment or two. I'm sure Sandy and the gang will be present. Take it easy. If I'm still grillin' when you're on... might patch you out to the patio!
Squonk out.

Hi all! It's been a great weekend as far as time spent with my girls. We got lots of Christmas shopping done and those gifts are wrapped. I still have to finish shopping for both girls, but I got a really good start on their gifts on Friday while they were in school. I can't believe I only have two more paychecks coming and then Christmas will be here......November seems to be flying by!
As Woo said, it's been snowing off and on here today. Everything but the streets and sidewalks are coated white right now and it's still snowing, so we might get our first accumulation tonight. Looks like I'll be scraping frozen snow off my windshield in the morning.
Good day all. Boy, this place has really turned into a graveyard on weekends hasn't it?
Maybe getting Woo's dance show up and running eventually will perk things up around here on the weekends.
I'm off to dinner. E'body have a good night!
funny you brought that up. I am kinda bumming about that since yesterday was when I had hoped to have that going. (in my head anyway) But everything got set back with my FIL

G'nite Mz. Thanks for sharing what you've wrote with us.
I'll be heading out soon too. I have a feeling I'll need a little extra time in the morning to drop my daughter off at school and get to work. I just saw that the police closed all of our bridges here in Saginaw due to icing for a little more than an hour. They're all open now, but they say the roads are slick. Our city hasn't equiped their trucks with plows or salt yet......they're still picking up leaves. This happens every year.
Hi all... I joined late. Spent the day with Chris and Anna, checking out their new house and trying to help them get going on the painting. We got 2 coats of Kilz on the kitchen walls, so they should be able to paint tomorrow.
I'm really beat now. Painting is a lot of work! Gonna chill out and try to get some sleep. This week is going to be another one of those working both days and nights weeks. Guess I can't complain too hard... I have more days off than I will actually have to work for the rest of the year.
