Ooooooo. A nice, new HD tv. That would be sweet. And it would be easy to spend the $1,500 then. I don't know what else I masy want in there. We don't have too many Circuit City around here so I think I really don't know what else they carry. Guess I can always browse the website and find out.

I read something over on MSN that said Circuit City wasn't going to honor any of their gift cards whether it was in-store purchases or online. I don't know how true this is, but it sure would stink to win one and then not be able to use it. I'm not going to enter for this because if it is true, it'd be just my luck that I'd win.

Oh I have to believe that's not true.
Gift cards are like cash. If they went into bankruptcy I would bet the courts would mandate they reimburse people for those gift cards first before their creditors.

Nope. If a business goes into bankruptcy and you've got a gift card, you have to apply to get your money just like anyone else. I remember reading about that issue when Sharper Image went under.

Just how much is Ghost paying you? How long have you been on the take??
Why is everyone here against me!
I must scurry off to my secret mountain hideaway and regroup!
Who O Why would you make up such a horrible rumour Ghost?!?!
Sorry JR, but I didn't make it up.....I read something about this a few days ago; I just don't know how much truth was in the article. And Mz is right.....you would have to apply to get your money just like everyone else has to during a bankruptcy.
On a brighter note, you have another chance to win an Xbox 360 Elite. The original site opened another contest for one from now through December 2.
