That's the whole problem with food.  Anything that really tastes good isn't really good for you.  Glad you are making healthy choices for yourself Ruby.  I need to work a lot more on that.

I agree! Most days I can balance the two, but some days it is harder. White carbs are my favorite! I also like to have a drink or two to unwind, but I try to dry wine or vodka with some diet mix, so that I can enjoy it and not feel too guilty!
