Hi all! Coming to you live from Pambo's private hospital room. She made it through surgery just fine. According to the Dr., everything went very well. With luck, she will be back home by Wednesday. Did have to laugh at one thing though... when they brought her to her room from recovery, the nurse told her that when she wakes up later she will have do some deep breathing and coughing exercises once an hour or so. I know this registered on her because for just a moment her left hand started moving... that's right, she was trying to give her the bird!

Richard has been right on the job with making sure they don't question my presence here. I come in the room and he says "Look, Pambo... your sister is here!" Gotta love him. smile.gif

Pretty sure this one can't miss. It won't fix the nerve problem, but she was having some other issues that were causing her quite a bit of pain in these last 4 or 5 months. The recovery from this deal will take a little while, but she will be feeling much better soon. The Dr. has her on an IV pain med drip, so probably for a while the nerve thing won't even be so bad.

Hey... she just woke up! I told her everybody says hi and sends their best wishes. She said to tell you "thanks". She didn't remember the nurse telling her about the breathing exercises, but giggled a little when I told her about it.
