Thanks... I am actually in a really good mood now. Pambo is kind of awake now so me, her, and Richard are having some good laughs. Well... she giggles a little... we laugh.

She's cracking me up. We were describing the wandering path one has to take to get to her room from the elevators. Basically she is in the last room off of a big U shaped hallway. The room is kind of off by itself. She breaks into a chorus of "AAAALLLL BY MY SE-ELF... don't wanna be.. AAAALLLL BY MY SE-ELF aaaannnyyyymore"

We used to be in the same group and sat across from each other. THAT was so much fun. I really miss those days... cracking up all day long while we worked. It was great.

I just talked to Richard a few minutes ago. Pambo is still doing great. She was up out of the bed for a bit. He took her for a little walk around the hallway.

Finally made it here to Pambo's hospital room about an hour ago. We met the new shift of nurses and Conswella the med tech. Conswella is pretty cool... good sense of humor.
Pambo and I went for a little hallway walk. I'm impressed.. can't imagine I'd be all that thrilled about walking right now, but she toughed it out. Still not sure when she is going to get to go home, but I'm hoping for tomorrow.

walking is a good way to get to go home though. I remember that from when I had the boy, if I was not up and about they were not letting me go home. And of course being there exposes her to other things. Glad that she is getting stronger, but not surprising at all!
