I am probably jinxing myself, but no! I told my husband he needs to tighten the lights near the bottom more, but so far so good. Last night though when we started putting more ornaments on the tree she was trying to get some water from the bottom. I put some boxes around the bottom this morning to discourage that.

This morning she had a plastic bottle- like a two liter of soda in her mouth and took about twenty laps around the backyard with it. She was acting crazy. I am hoping she got out whatever was wrong with her! hmm

Sounds like she'd just acting like a puppy.

I've known lots of dogs that liked plastic bottles, whether they were pop bottles or milk jugs. I'm not sure why.

She just wants to run and play. Especially when laying around sleeping all night. Retrievers and Labs are like that. They usually love to play. Besides, she knows the routine and that you all are going to leave her alone all day. nod.gif

I leave her outside after we take E to school and I come home to get ready. That gives her about 30 minutes to do her thing. I have never looked to see what she was doing...now I know. Some things are better left unknown! She was a scary sight!

I bought a 4ft tree to put on a table because of Rex's visits......

I had a friend who left her young puppies around the christmas tree and they knocked off some of the glass bulbs off the tree....and then ate the glass. Those things shatter too.... sad ending to their lives. They were only small but they had to be put down. cry.gif
