It is cold! I think it says it is 10 out but we have a lot of wind so not sure what it is with that. I am basically here to say I won't be here. I have over a week's worth of data to enter in like 2 days for payroll. I have today and next Tuesday as far as I know. The Christmas party was rescheduled for tomorrow so I lose that day unless they give me a pass but I doubt it. I am scheduled off on the 29th for my b-day and on top of that I'm not sure if payroll has to be in early due to the holiday!!

I'll just be in my corner going crazy!!!

Good morning everyone. I want to clean house today, and once that's done, I'll be all set for Christmas. I'm sending my husband out to clean off the cars and snowblow. I just checked our weather and they are predicting "significant snowfall" moving into my area tomorrow night. Can I interest any of you that never have a white Christmas in trading homes for the holidays??? You'd have to be here by tomorrow afternoon so I'd have enough time to get out of this winter wonderland before they start cancelling flights.

Morning all. The weather around here has seemed to catch up with a lot of you lately. I woke up to a sheet of ice yesterday. It was 14 degress when I left the house at 8am today. The wind has kicked up too. Brrrr. I'll have to see if I can find the shivering emoticon that Mz borroed from somewhere else.

In the meantime, I made fudge over the weekend and have brought it into the office. Going to sugar up my coworkers. Ought to be interesting.

its yet another cold one out there. tomorrow we are supposed to get 3-5 inches of snow and then quite possibly more on christmas eve. if its heavy on christmas eve that might spoil my plans, I hate driving in snow.

I got to sleep in a little today. I'll be working from home until the boy goes back to school.

The last couple days, I've been hearing a different kind of noise from our furnace blower motor when it starts up. It doesn't sound "bad" but its "different". I'm thinking I better check into getting a new motor and having it here on hand just in case the old one decides to die. I know that won't be cheap. "Merry Christmas honey . . . I got you an electric motor!"

I am off for two weeks with my kids...there are not enough drugs available for me to survive!

I had to divorce my thyroid doctor today and I about left in tears. Very bad customer service over a years period. I never get return phone calls and there was a big issue with my bill and they ran tests that I had to pay for but did not order- like $125 Vitamin D test last August. They quit sending out bills and last weeek when I called to reschedule my lab appointment cause E was sick, they never called to reschedule. When we talked in August she swore things were gonna get better. But I work too hard to pay for crappy customer service. Now I need to find a new doctor though and I hate that!

Two more gifts and I am done... the boys needs shoes and the hubby wants some Carharrt pants. Gonna go pay some bills! bleh

Morning all. Its in the low 20s here today. All my shopping is done but we are expecting colder and possibly some ice on the streets tomorrow. I hate driving in Ice since My car just got back from the Body Shop due to already sliding once on the ice and causing 1100.00 damage to my car.

Good (late) afternoon all. It's a varitable heat wave here... 17*. I had lunch with Pambo today. She said to tell everybody hi and sorry she hasn't been around much. She mostly sleeps all day when everyone is on the forum, but I made her get up and get out today.

I have all my shopping done. Now its just a matter of getting everybody their presents. I'm slowly working through that, but its fun so I don't mind. Hope everyone has been having a good day!
