Riggs is constipated or he would have been gushing like a little girl over how much fun he had with the Dylanmeister!

And for the record, I have bought lunch 27 of the last 32 times we met for the mid day meal.

HE blames it on his short little penguin flippers not being able to reach his wallet.  Yeah, thats it.
