It was really irritating to watch but better than nothing.

Our town has "boosters" for the people on external antennas. The boosters are on the same tower as a commercial paging service. Every time a page was sent, grandma's tv would blank out to fuzz and all we could hear was "Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrack" about every 3-4 minutes. That got old quick.

It was nice getting to watch most of the last qtr here at home.

3rd quarter they came out strong; 4th quarter was a football game!!

We saw most of it thanks to instant replay. We'd miss a play due to the pager but it then usually came back in time that we'd get to see the instant replay.

Gotta say this though.....Clemson might be a team to watch next year. Very strong defense team! There were moments during the game that I was wondering how the heck we were going to get around it.

Oh yeah, their defensive line shut our running game down cold. We couldn't run through the line at all. If they tighten up the defensive backfield a bit, they will be really tough to score against.

Looks like both teams picked the right coach for the job. I hope next year there will be more Nebraska games on regular tv. I didn't get to see very many of them this year. And knowing there's another Husker fan here on the forum makes watching the game more fun. smile
